Monday Window: Chagall

One of the “must-sees” at the Chicago Art Institute is the Chagall windows. They are located at the end of a long hallway, in the same room with replicas of other famous artists’ Chicago artwork (such as the Picasso sculpture whose original is in front of the Daley Center).

  1. Those are stunning! I love all the blue. And stained glass has always appealed to me. I looked into learning how to do stained glass one time at a small shop in town but the proprietor was kind of creepy and not that friendly. Obviously I wasn’t Picasso-passionate about the project since I gave up so easily. Ha. But those look amazing. Even better in real life, I’m sure. Great post!
