These bright pink azaleas were one of few types of flowers at Chicago Botanic Garden’s Japanese garden. A sign says that the custom in Japan is to have few flowers in the garden, because they are a temporary feature. Anyway, I thought these gorgeous azaleas added some wonderful color among the green!
